Each Piper comes with our Debut Blend. After sampling dozens of artisan farms, countless peppercorns eaten, we finally landed the one that we want to bring to the rest of the world:
- 50/50 mix of red and black peppercorns gives a complex, vibrant, and fresh take on pepper, with a fine balance of fruitiness and heat
- Single Origin from Kampot, Cambodia – the “champagne” of peppercorns, in the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) region
- Artisanal Blend – Most peppercorn blends out there are a mix of leftovers. Ours is the top-notch of every batch of harvest.
- Tasting Notes: eucalyptus, lemon zest, and red berry. We can’t wait for you to try it!
Our pepper is specially packaged in air-tight sachets in 20g quantity to keep them fresh. No more stale, moist or moldy pepper!
