2. Listing Fees

Some HugeBackers services require a listing fee before the service begins.

For flexible funding campaigns, a partial listing fee of $99 USD may be charged if the project does not reach its funding goal.

If a project is suspended, stopped, or cancelled for any reason, a $199 USD listing fee may still apply.

Please review the applicable service terms carefully before completing your payment.

3. Money Back Guarantee

HugeBackers has described a money back guarantee for certain situations in which a client’s project does not receive pledges equal to the amount paid for the service.

Under the existing policy, HugeBackers may consider refunding the difference in qualifying cases.

However, this guarantee does not apply to project cancellation, suspension, or unsuccessful funding under the stated exclusions.

Because the existing policy contains overlapping conditions regarding unsuccessful funding and the money back guarantee, please contact HugeBackers to confirm whether your specific purchase qualifies before relying on a refund.

A refund is not automatic and remains subject to the applicable service agreement and confirmed refund conditions.

4. Campaign Cancellation or Suspension

If a campaign is cancelled, suspended, stopped, or otherwise discontinued, the applicable listing fee may remain payable.

Campaign cancellation or suspension does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.

Before purchasing aG service, please consider the risks associated with crowdfunding campaigns, including the possibility that a campaign may not reach its funding goal or may be stopped by its creator or the relevant crowdfunding platform.

5. Service Cancellation

Once the listing fee has been paid, the service cannot be interrupted or cancelled under the existing service terms.

If you have questions about a service that has not yet started, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Any request for an exception will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement and relevant legal requirements.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe that your purchase qualifies for a refund under the applicable terms, please contact us by email.
