HugeBackers does not own or operate Kickstarter or Indiegogo. These platforms are separate services and remain subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or purchasing our services.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login details. You must notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or close an account if the information provided is false, misleading, or used in a way that violates these terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  2. Ensure that you have the right to use all images, videos, text, trademarks, and other materials submitted to us.
  3. Follow the rules and requirements of Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and any other relevant platform.

  6. Fulfill any special rewards or commitments agreed upon as part of your campaign listing or promotional arrangement.

You remain responsible for your campaign, its claims, its rewards, and your relationship with your supporters.

5. Fees and Payments

The fees for our services will be communicated on the relevant service page or agreed upon before purchase.

Certain campaign listing services may involve a listing fee. For flexible funding campaigns, a partial listing fee of $99 USD may apply if the campaign does not reach its funding goal. A $199 USD listing fee may remain applicable if a project is suspended, stopped, or cancelled.

The specific fee and payment terms applicable to your purchase will depend on the service agreement and the relevant fee conditions.

By purchasing a service, you authorize the applicable payment to be charged through the payment method you provide.

6. Campaign Performance and Funding

HugeBackers aims to help crowdfunding campaigns reach audiences who may be interested in supporting them. However, campaign results depend on many factors, including the quality of the project, its presentation, pricing, rewards, audience interest, and market conditions.

Unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee a particular number of supporters, pledges, sales, views, or a successful funding outcome.

You understand that purchasing promotional services does not guarantee that your campaign will reach its funding goal.

7. Service Changes and Cancellation

Once the applicable listing fee has been paid, the service may not be interrupted or cancelled under the existing service terms.

If a campaign is suspended, stopped, or cancelled for any reason, the applicable listing fee may remain payable.

Any request to change a campaign listing or promotional arrangement will be reviewed according to the service agreement and our applicable policies.

8. Campaign Rewards and Client Commitments

After a campaign is successfully funded, HugeBackers may contact the project creator to confirm the participation of HugeBackers members who pledged to the campaign.

Project creators are responsible for fulfilling any special rewards or other commitments agreed upon when their campaigns are listed.

Failure to fulfill an agreed commitment may result in further action by HugeBackers, including legal action where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

You retain responsibility for the content and materials you submit to HugeBackers.

By submitting campaign materials for the purpose of receiving our services, you grant HugeBackers permission to use, display, reproduce, and distribute those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services and promote your campaign.

You confirm that you own the materials or have the necessary rights and permissions to allow us to use them.

Any broader use of your campaign materials, including use for advertising or other commercial purposes beyond the agreed services, should be covered by a separate agreement or clear permission where required by law.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our website or services to:
